I am a Summer Citizen and 2023 will be our 5th year at PVW. The apt. is roomy and very comfortable. The owner Dave is outstanding. We are very lucky to be a part of PVW. This will be our 9th summer in Logan
I have lived here 5 years now while attending school, I cant say enough good things about this place, Its in a great location, the apartments are in great shape, and the management staff and owners are terrific. They have always jumped right in to assist me in anyway they can, even late at night.
The manager Dave goes above and beyond to help his tenants. Great place to live!
These are hands down the best apartments to live in, in Logan. They are really clean, the managers on site are awesome, super good with snow removal, and the overall atmosphere is awesome. I have lived at quite a few places and would only recommend living here! If you are looking for an amazing college living experience seriously live here!
