The complex owners and managers are evil people and like to rip off people. Free utilities? A fire hazzardous box screwed into the wall and lighting is all you get. No wonder they jack up the price of the rent. The poor venting system pushes malicious ordor into your apt from other apts instead of outside.They had to block off my oven fan cause they were too istupid to be able to fix it.
