No Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Not really, I was hoping for someone with more experience Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Mostly, I was still a little nervous Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable Did this provider rush your appointment? No

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her Does this provider treat their staff well? No, the staff was very mistreated Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while.

Family member stayed 19 days for rehab after stroke...... no bath given during stay, many excuses why "no time" , "Later", etc..... meds not given at appropriate time, dr. visits not scheduled in time, staff unavailable at many times, very poor care, just a bed and take care of yourself..... not a good place to be if you or a family are in need of care Input rec'd from family members

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
