They are rude and racist; when I told them my name, they told me to shut up and then blocked my contact. I was just asking about the availability of an apartment. D:
Awesome spot if you want to pay $1300/mo to rent next to people who make their dogs go to the bathroom on the patio. Want to smell dog pee all day, every day? Rent at the Morrison! As a bonus they never answer maintenance requests even when they say they'll take care of it 🤩 literally rent ANYWHERE ELSE. Entire apartment is riddled with black mold and the complex is full of smokers hacking up their lungs at all hours. Disgusting, horrible place.
Management is very rude and hard to contact anyone after hours. Parking spot was taken and did nothing about it. Tow company stated manager, security or maintenance was authorized to have car towed, management stated differently. I would choose someplace better manged if I were to move.
Omy.they are by far the most dependent...honest..caring all around..I completely LOVE..that I came here then anywhere else affordable..right on bus line ..walking distance to near stores library hospitals and great neighbors and neighborhood. It's just a great opportunity..and I plan on staying for along while..no better place to call HOME..so come enjoy beco.e a neighbor..
