..update : Tim is no longer with them. I’d to close my service. Tim Garrett is truly an expert. Transformed our almost barren backyard to full grass in just 3 months. Early we had tried different vendors some called them experts like Truegreen but nothing helped. My neighbor referred me to Tim. Thanks Tim !!!
What a supreme disappointment. Our next door neighbors recommended the company for lawn maintenance and twice monthly mowing, trimming, weeding, edging. We called. They surveyed our land online and even sent an aerial picture of our property with an estimate that included several different lawn treatments and aerating but did not provide monthly mowing and trimming rates. I submitted a request for an estimate on February 27th asking for an estimate on service for my yard. They responded on the 28th asking me if I needed them to come out to the property to do the quote or if it would be ok to use their software to determine the measurements to to do the quote. I replied on the 28th to let them know that I was good with them using the software to generate the estimate.
