I recently switched to Pine Valley Turf and unfortunately the service I am receiving is terrible. All the new grass is dying and was told "someone would reach out". I keep getting gate-kept by a Noah in their sales department who assures me that someone will call back. Unfortunately, nobody has called me back. I'm not sure how you charge someone over $300 to earate & seed and not provide an ETA for someone to come out and determine the problem. Pine Valley Turf Management, LLC has consistently provided excellent lawn care. Their professional and friendly staff have met all of my landscaping needs. They have given me a beautiful yard, one I can enjoy throughout the year! Michael Smothers has done a fantastic job, keeping my yard looking great with his recent service.
Darius is very thorough and seems to use every resource at his disposal to resolve your issue or have your lawn looking as beautiful as possible.
