Maintenance is knowledgeable and experienced. One of the best maintenance men that I have had. He’s honest and hard working.
I just want to address Angela Davis ,I've have been out here since 1994 and this is the cleanest mobile home park that I have live in .And james does a very good job in keeping the community clean. When I lay my head down at night I don't have to worry about anyone breaking into my home. So if you are not happy here please move
I have lived in Pine Valley Estates almost 7 years. Kathy is the best! The only problem is that when things break and need to be fixed, she isn't able to do anything until the owner approves it. Right now I have 3 different issues that need to be fixed and I have let her know but she can't do anything The maintenance man cuts the grass but, no weed eating is done. They spray weed killer and its looks horrible! I just wish someone would do something to get things fixed faster.
Very safe, quiet and loving neighborhood. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Ms.Kathy in the office is one of the best, she responds quickly to matters. Mr. James from maintenance keeps my lot very clean and neat, although he doesn’t have to do any maintenance internal for me he make sure to I do not need anything and always willing to lend a hand.
This review comes a little late but definitely deserved!! Pine Valley Estates made us feel right at home from the moment I inquired about a place here! Kathy is the absolute best! She is the property manager and helped with the transition so much. Truly they came in our time of need and gave us a place to call home! Our family created some of the best memories ever here!
