I honestly don't really have anything negative to say about Pine Valley. Private gated patio is spacious and very convient, my parking stall is right in front of my gated patio so I can just walk straight out to it or watch my car from my home. Washer and dryer hooks up are definitely a plus and a huge convenience. There are laundry facilities but I prefer my washer/dryer hook ups. Fireplace is great also. Floor plan is really spacious, not to mention the huge master bedroom(I have the biggest unit floor plan for Pine Valley... read more
Tell's you that you been APPROVED first but then say's you need to do another backround check and has you run all the way back therre to release information & wait another week all to be told We've been rejected because another Apartment with no proof say's I've been evicted..... But their is no court documents or anything supporting this claim and still to this day never has been.... But don't worry we never oaid anything because it was WAIVED if we wrote something nice about the apartment in the reviews..... I just wanna s... read more
