i was a tenant in pine valley from November 2022 until About June 3rd this year. i tried my best to co exist with a less than standard landlady. She was impossible to have a real conversation with. She was always overcompensating to make sure she was not losing control or looking like she was losing control. Audra the landlady or lady in the office. Her title is not official or known to me. Is there someone who will listen us tenants when we want to make a complaint. in a nutshell here is my story. i moved to pine valley in november of 2022. i had a lease and the rent for a one bedroom apartment was 895.00 and the application fee that is non refundable for 50.00 i've never had a problem paying my rent. lastly the woman at the management office would like to start eviction proceeding against me when i have never had a problem paying my rent on time in 2 years. part 3. i tried finding out who are the owners of pine valley apartments since management and it falls on one person unfortunately was not doing enough to address some of the anxieties and concerns as a tenant. Roaches, broken doors. i still don't know who owns the property at 500 south dupont highway. it's a secret kept away from tenants to prevent us from reporting violations or slum lord concerns. Anyone know the owners of pine valley apartments and how to reach them about my concern?

part 2. they did not send me a letter to sign a new lease and now the office is rushing me out on August 31st this year. i told her the place where i was supposed to move to the lady was not ready her house. She didn't care she said she wanted to put the apartment back on the market. i asked her about the human side and she said i did not sign the lease, which i never received a notice to sign. I've been a tenant at pine valley apartments since November 2022. i have to say it has not been an easy ride communicating all the problems i faces while living here. When i moved in the front door had cracks in it and you could see light from the hallway into my apartment. i ask for it to get fixed it never got fixed properly. The landlady Audra said i was getting a new door. I'm still waiting for it. Maintenance came and done a touch up job and basically said live with it.
