Dr. Pine-Twaddell is an amazing doctor. She is kind, affirming, and always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. I've never had a doctor that spends so much time with the patient as she does when she has appointments with my daughter. Yes, it can take awhile to get an appointment, but that's because she is THE BEST, and it's well worth the wait.

I wish I could leave no stars. My child was refused an appointment for not identifying as Trans. The Excuse, she is not seeing normal Endo patients, she doesn't have the time. Not to mention it took over a week to get a phone return call for an appointment.
Knowledgeable and personable! I'd recommend Dr. Pine for any adolescents interested in HRT. Honestly, I'm sad I have to find another endo due to aging out of pediatric care. She's been so helpful and reassuring these past 5 years.
I recommend Dr Pine very highly as an adolescents endocrinologist-- she has great expertise, is fully present and attentive during appointments, and she shares information fully while being receptive and responsive to questions.
