Every time I went to see them I was told of their ??special offer? which was 1 month rent off the apartment, if you sign a year??s lease. Pine Tree I lived at Pine Tree Village for a year before I was transferred to another town. If I didn't have to move I would have definitely stayed here. They offer a few different floor models. I would recommend getting the 2 bedroom in the 1 story buildings. This way you don't have someone living above you, there's washer and dryer hookups in these apartments as well. Pie Tree ---Hah! When I first moved in the 'N' was missing so it was Pie Tree Village. That was more than 3 years ago. Nice place to live. Quiet. Mainly college students. Quiet ones. Only rarely do we hear our neighbors. We've only been in downstairs units.

Gardeners come by Thursday and Tuesday (early!, but it makes the place look nice:) Turner security drives through at night. Gate actually works. No code, just remote control. Great location.
