Last two years things gone downhill since property was taken over by new management. Last year snow did not get removed very well.

I have lived in Pine Tree for 9 years. I have been blessed with great neighbors throughout my time here. The initial move-in costs are high but worth the investment. The monthly cost for what you get in space, onsite maintenance, and community living is very inexpensive. Water, trash, and sewage is paid by the cooperative, that's a huge savings! Has 24/7 emergency maintenance and onsite staff during office hours guarantees a speedy turn around on fixing problems. Great place to start your future or even retire too.

I have lived here since 1998 and I love it. This is a friendly place to live. You have your own little yard to plan flower or a little garden. The maintains men here are awesome and very friendly and are on top of things. They not only do the maintains but make sure you have a beautiful place to live. There are rule and regulation here which is a good thing, so all will be treated equally. There is a monthly board meeting that you can attend for any issues you need to resolve.
