I have recently moved in and there were some minor things that needed attention. I made them aware if issues and they sent maintenance over. Antonio is very knowledgeable and assured me that the parts he would order. Manager calls me back to confirm maintenance is on sight and will be here today. I have read the reviews for this Apt and I can only say that if this is new management, these folks really care about us as renters! I do feel cared about. This management team ROCKS!!!

Drove 45 min from out of town for a scheduled appointment and received an automated email saying the team would follow up with us and never did but to also call 5 minutes prior to showing. Called 6 times to the various numbers posted around the property and was left for over half n hour with no response from anyone at the offices during their staffed hours. If you want that feeling of being stood up this is the place for you
Management was awful during my stay at Pinetree, took over 3 months to get a key for my mailbox, my dog was attacked 3 times by the downstairs neighbor who always let their dogs outside off leash, they had a pipe burst causing a muddy mess in the parking lot. I ended up slipping in the mud causing major damage to my tendons in my foot. I now have over $1200 in doctor bills made several requests for 11residential to pay for doctor bills. As of today no response and I still need to have surgery.
Management does nothing about crazy 24/7 loud and disturbing neighbors. Move here if you want to never sleep or feel safe again.
