Absolutely pathetic. It took me 15 minutes to find somewhere to park to go in the showroom to see what I was interested in. When I did go in, there were more desks and salesmen than vehicles. The few vehicles that were in the showroom were not even worth looking at. Honestly, it looks like a desperate den trying to look like a Ford and Lincoln dealership. This dealership definitely needs some major staff, management, and administrative changes.
I’d like to give a special thanks to Adam Brett, Service Consultant, for his exceptional service. Despite his team being at full capacity, he made the effort to fit me in for an appointment on a Saturday, going above and beyond to accommodate me. Not only did he take the time to ensure I was taken care of, but he also thoroughly investigated the issue with my truck, identified the root cause, and got it fixed. His dedication and willingness to help made a huge difference, and I truly appreciate his efforts.

Will never come back…. Awful experience, came to fix the reverse camera, the diagnosis was $500 and after the appointment the horn is not working nor the soon roof, they were disconnected. But they won't respond for this. Even though the horn and soon roof were working prior the appointment. I used to come here all the time for my service… not anymore.
