Best customer service ,professional ,helpful and friendly
Absolutely pathetic. It took me 15 minutes to find somewhere to park to go in the showroom to see what I was interested in. When I did go in, there were more desks and salesmen than vehicles. The few vehicles that were in the showroom were not even worth looking at. Honestly, it looks like a desperate den trying to look like a Ford and Lincoln dealership. This dealership definitely needs some major staff, management, and administrative changes.
I’d like to give a special thanks to Adam Brett, Service Consultant, for his exceptional service. Despite his team being at full capacity, he made the effort to fit me in for an appointment on a Saturday, going above and beyond to accommodate me. Not only did he take the time to ensure I was taken care of, but he also thoroughly investigated the issue with my truck, identified the root cause, and got it fixed. His dedication and willingness to help made a huge difference, and I truly appreciate his efforts.
