Customer service aptitude needs to be addressed especially towards women! Update: My original rating of a three star prompted a call from the Manager of Parts and Service (Samantha). She was very empathetically apologetic for my negative experience in her department. She assured me that my concerns were addressed immediately. I will change my rating to a 5 star based on the customer service I received from Samantha. I look forward to a much more pleasant visit moving forward. Thank you.
