I gave them about 3 years to get out of my timeshare, but nothing was accomplished. The agents are nice and friendly, and they put in some effort, but then again, they weren’t hired to be nice, so bottom line is that they did not deliver and I am totally unsatisfied.

Took my money and did not work for me left me and my wife hanging ,constantly change consultants on us ,did not return are calls did not full fill what they said they would do.

The consultants at Pine tree were top notch. My timeshare had become an extreme burden and they were able to get me out of it with no problems. Going to Pine Tree Consultants was a lifesaver.

A TOTAL RIPOFF!!!! They reached out to me, told me they would get me out of my timeshare GUARANTEED IN WRITING or my money back. Needless to say, none of that happened. I didn't get out of the timeshare, nor did they return the money I paid. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Their turnover is crazy! I had 5 or 6 representatives take my case from the time I started the process until after 21 months, yes YOU heard that correctly, TWENTY-ONE MONTHS I just gave up. I was first called by Pine Tree Consultants back in April of 2017. I was hesitant at first but after doing my research and due diligence I decided to give them a chance. I spoke directly with their sales team before being connected to the owner of the company. The owner was clear and concise and talked me through their plan to remove me from my dreaded timeshare agreement. I liked what he had to say and agreed to become a customer.
