RecommendedThe staff here are so friendly and I love all of the activities that are offered like daily exercise and bingo. This facility is very clean and I enjoy the meals that are served.I love it here.

Please do a thorough welfare check on any loved one you Have at emerald springs . My sweet grandmother was left bedridden with a broken hip from a fall for 3 weeks with zero medical attention until we demanded xrays . She was left starving and dehydrated and we were told to come for a compassionate visit to say our goodbyes . When we arrived from Las Vegas , she was completely emaciated and on the verge of death ! Heck no I don’t recommend Emerald Springs. I was told not to bother getting an X-ray because they wouldn’t do anything to fix it even if it was broken due to her age and declining health due to Alzheimer’s and dementia. She’s 74 in good health and mobility prior to this fall. My mother has been left for nearly three weeks with a severely broken hip! This particular fall from 9/13.
