The staff at Pine Trails are all very caring and attentive. They truly care about each and every resident. The management team is responsive to feedback and strive toward constant improvement. The facility is lovely with a warm, homey feel.
Went in to apply for a job I saw online. Waited in the front for over twenty minutes for someone to help me. Finally someone came up and took me to find a manager. They took me upstairs where it immediately smelled like feces and urine. The residents looked as if no one had helped them get ready for the day and other employees sitting on counters on their cell phones. Friendly staff, beautiful modern building, charming inside we like the courtyards full of flowers, feels like home very comfortable.
Pine Trails goes above and beyond for their guests. They have a wonderful program, an inviting environment, the food is even great! The staff is amazing! Thank you for all that you do! 5 STARS!
Friendly staff with a clean comfortable atmosphere. we visited a mealtime, the food looked delicious. The staff and residents all looked happy to be there.
Residents are happy and active. Beautiful facility!
Phones never answered and every time I’ve gone in this last week I can’t find anyone
Tried to take a tour walked in about 330pm couldn’t find anyone. Walked around the bottom floor, found residents wandering and one yelling for help. Waiting ten minutes and still never saw a staff member. High concerns after seeing someone in need for that long. Don’t think I’ll be looking here for my mom again:
