I have been living at Pine Trails for over 2 years for I am a MC College student from out of town. These apartments are really nice and very, very, quite. The management staff is very nice and does respond to work orders in a timely manner. I love it here because I feel very safe and the manager is very strict on the residents hanging out and you do have to abide by the rules and regulations in order to stay here. WARNING!!!!!!! Please dont move into these apartments nor the "sister properties". The MANAGER is lazzzzyyyyy whenever she is there. NOTHING, I DO MEAN NOTHING, works in these apartments. If you let the manger know about your problems, she WILL ALWAYS say I will put you on a waiting list. Yeah, you will be on that list until the end of your lease. Please dont have a water leak, you will be told to put something under the leak until someone can come. Yeah, over TWO weeks later. There are sooo many empty apartments within this... read more
Horrible management, just when you think it couldnt get worse it does. Old apartments maintained poorly, overpriced. Do not live here, you will regret it!!! So many other apartments to choose from in Clinton!!!!
All the W&D work now. Clean and afforable. Nice staff. Responsive Maintenance. Ownership is a bit on the cheap side. Bathroom tub needed new tile and they just painted it.
They need to fix all the washers in the laundry.Its only one working!
