YOU CANT CALL THE OFFICE AND THE SUPERS COMES WHEN THEY WANT TOO... EVERY WINTER THIS WHAT GO THROUGH AN ITS NOT FAIR WHEN YOU HAVE A SICK KID CAUSE THEY WONT GIVE HEAT WHEN HEAT NEEDED.... HOW ITS HEAT IN THE DAY BUT NO HEAT AT NIGHT..... PLEASE EXPLAIN???
This place I absolutely unprofessional and rude I called simply to ask about availability and was yelled at and hung up on, even though I remained calm and professional throughout the conversation. If I cannot call the office for a simple inquiry about the apartment I could not imagine trying to get help for anything while actually living here.
