No parking ever. No visitor spaces. 2 space per apartment. I feel like it's the Antichrist and I can't even have friends over. I can invite anybody over cuz there's nowhere to park. There's an empty parking lot across the street that nobody has access to. There's three vans on the street always that are owned by one person that take up half the parking. And if you park a little bit out of the zones you get a huge fine that if you don't pay in a week it doubles thanks to the city of Concord. This whole city is the most God aw... read more
Outdated apartment complex absolutely horrible for deliveries. No delivery drivers allowed through the gates, no electronic lockers available either. Good luck getting your packages if you decide to live here

I've been here for 3 years now. The building is secured. Freeway and shopping is nearby. Maintenance request issues were fixed timely.
