Christine was excellent on explaining the process and took time to show me a model apartment how mine would look I felt welcomed and informed about the unit I'm happy to say this is my new home
Don't live here (yet) but the tour was extremely pleasant. I am a very nervous first-time renter and Christine made me feel at ease and everyone on staff was extremely friendly. They were honest and upfront about even the less fun parts of renting and contracts, and my favorite part of touring the grounds was being greeted by the maintenance crew and one of them even offered an umbrella when it started drizzling. I hope my life plans bring me back here in a few months <3
Nice place, friendly neighbors and staff! Pet friendly - has a dog park! This review was done prior to Hurricane Michael when the apartments were called Palm Terrace in Panama City. There is no knowledge of the current apartment complex & MGMT.
I have lived here going in five years. In that time there has been some rowdiness but Jasón in the office is always on top of those problems. If there is a maintenance problem, they are quick to respond. If I needed help with anything, they are always eager to help.
