I’ve lived at Palm Visita for a couple of years, and And ever since Kenneth Lee has started here he has consistently gone above and beyond. When my heat went out, he replaced my HVAC unit in under 30 minutes. He’s always quick to respond, extremely kind, and very professional. Kenneth is a huge asset to this community and makes living here a great experience.
Move in process was so easy! Jason was incredibly helpful during this process. He responded quickly to my emails, and was able to answer all of my questions. Thank you for making this process less stressful. Editing to add that the maintenance manager, Kenneth, is a life saver! He is always so respectful of your property, kind, reliable, answers my emails in a timely manner, and the turn around time for the couple of requests I’ve submitted have been so incredibly fast! 10/10 service!
I’d like to say I am truly blessed to live here. I’d love to give recognition to Kenny the maintenance man. I had an emergency with a water leak at 1 am and he was quick to get over and take care of it. He is truly dedicated to his job, he doesn’t feel like just an employee here he’s more like family. He went above and beyond in the middle of the night to have everything taken care of and made sure I was ok. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home this is it! I thank Kenny so much for his gratitude!!!
Kennith Lee did a great job! My heater went out and he had the entire thing replaced within 30 min!
