I bought a cured meat, heritage bacon and a ribeye.... this was the best ribeye , I have been graced with as a chef! Utterly perfect! This is my new butcher and everyone should... "know your butcher!"
I love coming here for fresh and frozen meat, but I must highlight how INCREDIBLE their pimento cheese is. Just picked some up and tried it for the first time today, and YUM🤩
Absolutely phenomenal experience! We picked up a steak here and it was hands down the best steak I've ever had. The quality of the meat was outstanding. They cooked up perfectly and were so tender they melted in your mouth. The owner was friendly and happy to answer questions.
