I’ve been going to Pine Street for about 5 years now. They always try to get me in right away, especially when there is an emergency. I always feel comfortable being open about my concerns whether it’s face to face or over the phone speaking with a receptionist. I’ve seen both doctors and their nurse practitioner and they are always so thorough with their explanations! There is also rarely ever a long wait.
I have been with Pine Street for about the 6 years and I’m extremely happy with. They are very understanding and when you need a sick appointment they accommodate you. The nurse practitioner, Maryann is extremely thorough and listens to every concern you have. They are most definitely a doctors office that understands you and helps in anyway possible. Without a doubt I would recommend this practice.
RecommendedThis office is so amazing! It’s small and you might not even notice it as you pass by but so homey, professional, and friendly once you go in. The doctors can almost always get you in to be seen when you have an issue and couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new place! I’ve been going to this office for years and I’ve always received the best services. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and quick with returning calls. I never have to wait long to see a physician. Making appointments is easy and I can always get one in a reasonable amount of time. I have recommended this practice to multiple people throughout the years.
Dr Leeann and Dr Steve are the two most personal doctors I have yet to come across. Both are easy to talk to and always have open ears. The staff always does everything in their power to get you seen same day when sick. I’ve rarely had to wait long in the waiting room and whenever I call the office with a medical question, I always get a prompt response. Most of my family are now patients of Dr Steve or Dr Leeann.
I love this practice. Never an issue to get an appointment. Dr Lowry is alway patient friendly and caring. Staff is great both in the office and on the phone. Been going there for years and can't even think about having any other practice as my primary healthcare provider.
