Terrible management company that doesn't care to properly maintain these apartments.
Crazy Asian neighbors who harass u even before u move it. Not worth it.

These are decent apartments to live in. They aren't super nice, but they aren't super dumpy. The manager responds to complaints in a fairly timely manner. I've certainly had worse while I've lived in Portland.
