The staff is amazing and super friendly. Adriana in the office is the best and always ready to help with anything that I might need. Chris in maintenance is very friendly and a great sense of humor, and is also ready to do what it takes. Reviews about the area being bad are accurate, but the new ownership has taken measures for security, they have added cameras at entryways and changed all the entrance door locks to fob only entry.
The apartments themselves are nice and reasonably priced. It's a good location if you're working or studying downtown. The neighbors are friendly for the most part. The management, while very nice and cooperative, is simply overburdened and therefore doesn't always live up to the standards people may expect, however. If you're super needy you may need to look elsewhere.
Ill maintained and smell like mildew. Their plumbing is not up to date or in good repair.
