Very positive experience with Pine State. The tech who came out to clean and service my heat pump and gas furnace was so professional and understanding. All parts of the process were great from scheduling to follow up.
Pine State is always there for me, whether it’s servicing the boiler or responding to an emergency
Update: I’m changing this to 4 stars. Yes they screwed up, but everyone makes mistakes. How a company handles situations like this says a lot about them. They called today and said the service manager was on his way (day earlier than they told us last week so that was nice). He came out and quickly found an issue with the wiring and corrected it and did not change us anything. Now I still think they should be giving my dad a refund for the $250 service call last week, as this was incorrectly wired at the time they moved the ... read more
Chris the electrician came to our home to solve the mystery of a broken chandelier, among other things. He did a great job and solved the problems effectively and quickly. It means a lot to have total confidence in someone who is fixing problems in your home. We are very happy with our Pine State membership!
