Dan Price performed the service - he did a great job! Very personable and knowledgeable. Pine State Pest has some great employees, and Dan Price certainly is one of them!
We paid over $1000 for the elimination of our varmint problem with the promise that we could keep the equipment but they did not give us a key to rebait the traps so they are now useless. The women on the phone was very short and said we could pay them $120 to get the traps rebaited. That said, they did get ride of the pests quickly so that is why they get two stars.
Mike was right on time, even with the requested change to accommodate my schedule. He is good about reporting his findings, and I was relieved to hear the reassuring advice that there was no more eating inside, not even one bite, so it looks as though the cottage is back under control. Thank you for the renewed protection.
