Dan was excellent. He was ahead of schedule and went right to work on the unexpected new evidence of mice in the kitchen only after two months vs. the scheduled three month plan. He cleaned up the mess which helped me as I cannot bend over the area with a bad back. He rebatited all the traps and recommended two additional traps to try and stop the mice from coming up into the kitchen area, which is very distressing to me. Mike was very polite and acknowledged the problem of the missed inspection last April that probably caused the current problem of empty traps both inside and outside without blaming the company. He took on the nasty job of removing dead mice and cleaning out unexpected turd in the kitchen. He brought in a new trap to replace the old one that had been removed in the recent garage clean-out.
