Not a current resident but friends with one I know they have a strict pet policy just wanted to bring to light someone has a dog, we often go for walks and I saw dog poop as well as heard it barking as we walked by. I do not want this is to get misconstrued with the house next to pine shores I know they have a dog but it is not a apartment on that side. This is frustrating considering I’ve wanted to move here but I have a dog and am not allowed to bring her
I have lived here for almost 2 years, Eli, and his team are the best!!! If there is any issue, they are quick to handle it, Jeth is the office manager, day or night, she reaches out to her team, she is always quick to answer phones or emails. Beyond Blessed to live in this community.
Pineshore is very attentive to the residents that live here.
Me and my wife had been living here for 3-1/2yrs. We have been treated like family. We love our landlord Eli, he has been a great landlord and he has went above and beyond for his tenant's. The maintenance guys Kyle and Frank have been awesome. They are very busy, but they will take care of what needs to fixed with Excellence.
