We had a great experience with Mike. From day one he gave us straight talk on how he would approach the sale of our home, the market, the timing etc. In the end he found us a strong buyer and closing was seamless. I would definitely be confident working with Mike on future real estate transactions.
Mike was really really good. He worked too understand my wants and personality. When I finally found the prefect home closing was very difficult. He worked with me all the way through those problems. Just a really great guy.
Mike made appointments to look at several houses, met us on time, and made out the offer/P and S, and then facilitated everything with the mortgage company and the title company. From offer on May 3 June 1 to closing on June 26, it could not have been easier. If I list my house or buy another in NH, it will be through Mike.
Had a long and complicated closing process, multiple issues that originated with our lending bank. But Mike worked hard throughout and we were able to (eventually) close on the property successfully.
Mike was a pleasure to work with! He was responsive, positive, and went above and beyond to assist us in coordinating a vendor return on our behalf post-closing.
