I love living at Hidden River South, i feel safe, it's well maintained, beautiful and feels like home. I have lived here for 10 years and couldn't be happier. I have lived here for 18 months and the rent has increased 22% Management is not concerned about financial burden the excessive rent increase is affecting residents they are more concerned about excessive amount of pine cones that are on the ground ****BE AWARE OF EXTREMELY HIGH RENT INCREASES****

We have lived at Pueblo Sereno for two years. The park is quiet and very well taken care of. Management is responsive to requests and needs. The residents we know are friendly and active. I look forward to community activities and yard sales.
I am an attorney and have worked a great deal in the MH industry. I can attest that Inspire's communities are beautiful and well-maintained. I have been greatly impressed by the Inspire Communities team members I have come to know. The company's culture flows from Rick Andreen, a very positive, insightful and inspiring leader whom I have known as a friend for 25 years.
If you value your safety do not move here the manager is not professional. She's a liar and she does not do her job. You will not be safe in your home you will not receive your mail. You will not have your garbage picked up and your home and possessions may become flooded. It's not quiet it's not clean it's a lot of homeless people walking around breaking the law.
So this park is screaming safely.. Houses put on stilts(they want you you to pay 1000 to 1300.00 a month for), people having pools,swing sets, weight benches,dogs tied up,cats everywhere (on your cars and under your homes).... Empty homes left unlocked,doors open. The community playground has a broken slide. You have at least two drains that are unsafe. One a little kid could fall in and the other has been crunched so bad I don't know how any water gets thru. Whom ever has done some of the road work looks like they just left... read more
