Not the best but not the worst. Roads need work but office staff very nice. I have seen better parks and I have seen worst parks. Park is a little over priced for what you get.
This trailer park is way too expensive for what you see and get. Still, they keep raising the rent each year by at least 12.00 each year. In 2018, it will now cost 260.00 a month with few amenities. Other parks in the area charge half that amount and have blacktop driveways, better roads within the parks, etc. The managers and owners must have little to no business knowledge because if they did they would know it is smarter to lower your price per unit and rent more units than to raise your price and rent fewer units. Rent keeps going up as so does our crime rate. Use to be a nice park now it's common to see broken Corona bottles on street. The Spanish men constantly harass women so walking is hard. Sad I lived here 19 years and feel unsafe. It's like poudre valley all over again.
There has been a ditch in my yard since the water lines were replaced in 2015. The Property Manager, who is unbelievable unprofessional, refused to repair the lot. This caused a foot of water to stay under the home, caused the home to settle and roof to crack. I filed a complaint against her, White Pines and Tower Community, the parent company out Pasadena California, who could care less about WV tenants. Park managers Deborah and her husband Manuel are as nasty as one can be. Customer service is less than 0. A very hostile environment created by property management. i have filed a police report against Manuel for harassing me at 9pm while he was drunk threatening to physically attack me and my client who came by to work on his video. A most embarrassing event to say the least. All over a cone i placed next to my RV where i legally park my car. RV Park rules apply to some and not to all. New Management is running London Spires now. In the year that Steve and Maria have been here their have been many upgrades and changes in the parks appearance. They are now starting to have events for the community. Party's in the Club House on the Holidays and Bingo 2 times a month. They are off to a great start of turning the park around.
Circle-L was a nice quiet community. Under new management and I believe they are trying to make things better. While I was there a tree fell on my RV and my outdoor furniture. The park would not cover anything. You are at risk if you park under any tree. You can't cut it down, but you alone are responsible if the tree falls on your RV or items in the yard. This is a horrible place to live and raise your family!!...I have been out here since 2015 n they have went up on the lot rent and they don't even do anything to your lot!!..They don't have no pools n the park is horrible!!... My kids bike's have gotten stolen 3times since we been here...somebody has gotten kill out here and everything!!...I would not advise NO ONE TO MOVE HERE!!
