The office staff and maintenance staff always responded quickly to any questions or maintenance issues that I had. I felt safe and the rent was very reasonably priced compared to other apartment complexes. I also received my deposit back in less than a week!
Rent is outrageous
Townhouses Awesome! Apartments are very dated. Not very nice as far as esthetic Inside. Big patio balconies.Washer Dryer hook up maintenance great management! Biggest Problem with who they rent to. Nothing to do with discrimination But doesn't not care about how renters keep up the outside Lost potential renters +ashamed for visitors to see. Not discrimination Some just don't care hope more appropriate rent helps cuz it looks run down for some , Blankets for curtains ect. Makes outside look cheap. But otherwise WORTH IT LOVE... read more
