Quiet place to live, the rent is fair, and the office staff have always met my needs
The best renting experience I’ve had! Affordable rent, low yearly increases, maintenance is always friendly and helpful. Jonathon and Michelle are great to work with! The townhouses are spacious and feel less like an apartment, having 3 floors, a big kitchen and laundry hookup inside is a game changer! We’ve loved our time here!
Nice place to live, good amount of space for the price, friendly and efficient maintenance staff and convenient location to the highway and all the stores you could need.
The office staff and maintenance staff always responded quickly to any questions or maintenance issues that I had. I felt safe and the rent was very reasonably priced compared to other apartment complexes. I also received my deposit back in less than a week!
