Good place to live. Close to campus
I lived at this property for two years and experienced frequent changes in management. When I first moved in during December 2021, the rent for a private room was $650. Now, it's $1,550. A staggering increase of $900 in just three years. The property is poorly maintained, and management does the bare minimum. It's difficult to find a quiet place to study. Been calling the office for days between 10AM and 3PM no answer not even once. No idea who’s running this place but they seriously need to get it together
I do not recommend this apartment complex for student housing. The building has a serious rodent infestation problem, and management has done little to properly address it. It’s frustrating and unacceptable to live in these conditions, especially for the price they charge. Save your money and your peace of mind, there are better, safer options elsewhere. If I could give 0 stars I would.
