Went to see the apartment, and the smell was horrible! He showed me the apartment and it was so dirty. He did say someone just moved out so I asked him if I was to move in, would he paint and clean? He said the paint was good for 20 years so no. I thought it was really weird that he said I couldn’t move in until he met my 7 year old daughter

Fred is awesome. Very helpful and listens to any concerns. Beautiful riverfront. Highly recommend.
This place is awful. Currently renting and was told to keep quiet after 7pm but I come home after 8pm and the neighbors are blaring music for hours on a Monday night. The whole hallway in the apartment building smells like chemicals. I'm so over this place My door has been vandalized, and the landlord told me not to worry about it. This place makes me feel unsafe with some of the people I live around. Especially the landlord who never wears a shirt..
