Yes these people are hacks. I rented a storage unit, on or about 8-27-2014 paid for 1 month plus the security deposit. Because of issues beyond my control I had to leave town the following day so I asked for my refund. They told me they would send it out on Saturday the 29th. I waited patiently, on 29th of September I called and asked where my refund was, the owner told me it had been mailed out yesterday.
