I have lived here 25 years and haven’t had to many problems. Recently my sheds were broken into and I told the managers who really haven’t done anything about it. I tracked down the resident who stole from me and numerous other residents and gave that info to the managers still nothing. Filed a police report and hoping they do something. Ive lived in the park for 21 years and Im so tired of all the different managers. I have standing water in my backyard, the manager was driving around today so my neighbor got his attention, showed him the standing water and he said a few things to fix it, I said I cant afford to get rock to put back there his response was if you cant afford it maybe you shouldnt be living here! What a jerk! Seems like the managers have just got worse. They have no idea how to treat people with respect.

Family park but no play areas for children and the pool has been filled in.
