I completely understand why this place has such a bad rating. I talked to Donna Davis several weeks ago and at first she was very rude. Then she found out I was legally blind and in a wheelchair , then she was very interested in me becoming a Tennant because of federal money. She told me that a program called the key program would move me to the top of the list for an apartment..she told me my home care nurse could do the paperwork that was needed for approval. Having lived at Pineridge Homes for quite a long time I can say that it is Very Well Managed, Well Maintained and a Comfortable Safe Environment. Besides which it is very convenient to the Shopping Centers and Restaurants.
Stopped by on the way to the laundromat to ask for an application. The woman at the front desk was very rude.
