Perfect place for a family at four or five or a bachelor getaway. I’ve been here several times and it keeps getting updated each time I come. All new furniture, lighting, new kitchen, and new furniture and new bathrooms on the way. It’s located in the perfect location. Literally two minutes from Town and just a walk up to the chairlift onto the four buses that stop immediately outside the complex every seven minutes or so. Impossible to get a hold of the front desk. Call the emergency line. They WILL NOT answer the main line. Not a bad stay but when your shower breaks, you leave a message and they don’t even call back, it’s fairly annoying. Trying to get a hold of them all day to see if I left behind an item and no one has answered the phone or called back for several hours. Always standing by? Lol. Would it be possible to give them a negative 5? The unit we rented had a broken refrigerator / freezer. Curiously there was a mini-fridge right next to the kitchen. I brought out groceries and drinks. I bought a 15 pack of Breck Brewery beer when I got to town. I put two bags of ice on the freezer and all my food and drinks in the fridge. I started noticing water in the fridge. Turns out my ice had melted and the water flowed down through the broken fridge. The microwave door was broken. The oven door didn't close.
