We checked in on Wednesday and was supposed to check out Sunday morning. But we checked out early (noon) on Friday because of a very disappointing stay. The issue we had with 9B was the tv in the bedroom never work but the one in the family room didn’t work the first night. I reported but not response, my husband was able to get it to show recorded shows the second day but no live tv. This was a nightmare. I booked through Booking.com...and was charged. When i arrived at the property..the office was closed. i called the number on my reservation and spoke with someone difficult to understand. They gave me a second number. it took 45 minutes of phone calls to finally get someone to confirm that something fell through. By that time i had to find other accomodations. Be careful reserving anything from this property management

Perfect place for a family at four or five or a bachelor getaway. I’ve been here several times and it keeps getting updated each time I come. All new furniture, lighting, new kitchen, and new furniture and new bathrooms on the way. It’s located in the perfect location. Literally two minutes from Town and just a walk up to the chairlift onto the four buses that stop immediately outside the complex every seven minutes or so. Impossible to get a hold of the front desk. Call the emergency line. They WILL NOT answer the main line. Not a bad stay but when your shower breaks, you leave a message and they don’t even call back, it’s fairly annoying. Trying to get a hold of them all day to see if I left behind an item and no one has answered the phone or called back for several hours. Always standing by? Lol.
