I have bed bugs been telling the landlord of the issue and he has been sending his maintenance guy to fix the issue I had to put bed bug booms and had to throw away my beds and also had a problem with my shower call the office and the lady that answer told me I had to wait till Monday and my shower is not turning on at all
This place is old and outdated, so yes theres bug problems (no pest control included) and more than likely maybe bedbugs too (from previous tentant testimonies). The rent is over priced in my opinion, but I guess thats everywhere now unfortunately. Other than that, most the reviews of these apartmets are directed about the property manager. Well, this placed is managed by a lady named KAREN!! By far the best property manager I have had thus far in the surrounding area. I can’t stress enough how amazing Karen is !! If she can’t help you she will find someone who can!! Karen is super friendly! Honest and straight to the point!! She got me into my unit with ease! Maintenance is also amazing he is very friendly. Always fixes things THE CORRECT way and always follows up! Karen also helped me get my grandmother into a unit as well she keeps a professional as well as personal relationships with her tenants!!
