I rented here for a few years. First off this place was always kept clean and the maintenance crew proved it time and time again. For a 1 bed 1 bath you got a plethora of room and space well more than what they charged. They don't upcharge your rent $50+ every year which honestly shows you're in caring hands. My one negative is if you're sensitive to noise you could argue these weren't perfect. So I guess A- but that's well above a good passing score!
