Having to move quickly, I was lucky enough to find Angela and Karina, who've both been nothing but helpful, kind, professional, and patient regarding any questions I've had regarding anything, making home feel like home from the start. Being happy to say that with sincerity is pretty darn (excuse the language) anomalous anymore, and I recommend contacting them with any concerns if you're looking for a new place.
Karina smoke has been nothing but a blessing since I’ve lived there, very flexible, always willing to help when I have a problem. If I have a problem with appliances she handles it no matter what!! I’ve lived many places and this is by far the best place I’ve lived. Good prices. She’s never even missed a phone call from me. I highly recommend going through her for your next place to live. Also a very good location to live!!!
Karina helped us majorly find out how to get our power working again, highly recommend her as help
I was at Red Deer, a property owned by JMD, for 2 years....and not once did I ever have to complain about anything. The apartment is wonderful and very accommodating for 1 person. But what made it better was when Karina Smoke, the new property manager took over. Since day 1 she has been the best...not only is she personable but she knows what she is doing and talking about. Karina Smoke is an amazing land lady. And has helped my boyfriend and I continue to have a great lifestyle. She definitely has made living in Pine Ridge so wonderful. I hope she continues to be the land lady of Pine Ridge and the rest of the properties. She’s so delightful and always answers any questions I have and deserves to stay as long the apartments do.
