Dont live here but was incredibly interested in moving here after seeing some very appealing pricing on apartments.com Particularly for the Copenhagen Upper. I called immediately because the price was right, the date was perfect only for Jessica to tell me this unit actually starts at $1600. $400 more than the listed price. Also the Amsterdam is listed for the intriguing price of $1100 but on the phone call she tells us those start at $1300. Have been here for 6 months and I am still very satisfied with my decision. Every work order I place is handled in a timely manner. The area is quiet and neighbors respect quiet hours. Would definitely recommend checking out these nice apartments
Thank you all for these reviews as I was considering moving here. It is very clear that the reviews mentioning how wonderful the new manager is are fake and in direct contrast to more believable reviews! The responses to the less flattering reviews are terrible and management should be ashamed! Thank you all for saving me a headache…it is truly appreciated
This leasing office is very pleasant and very responsive. Princetta is literally amazing, as she managed to do something that was impossible for me! She set such a positive tone for my tenancy from the beginning when I first applied to my move-in day! Highly recommended!
My experience was wonderful. The ladies that are in the office are wonderful. There Christmas party was really nice and they even had a horse and carriage ride for the community. They are the best.
