Today I had a tour scheduled with Princetta and from the moment I walked in she was very polite and professional. She also gave me information to other properties to view within her management company. She was very helpful and kind.
I lived in Pine Ridge Apartments in Southfield over 12 years, They call me the pool lady or Miss Red . FOR about THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS I wanted to move out because did not want to fix unit. air comes through the sliding doors they need to be REPLACED. But manager said she was trying to find them cheaper but they never did. I was left paying a high gas bill every winner . Toured the property and absolutely loved it. The prices are the best your going to get for the area and for the room you get. Big shout-out to Princetta she was wonderful, super helpful, kind and very informative. Definitely recommend
I been here a bout a month & i love it so far very spacious & i have the regular 1br it’s very quiet, clean , & close to a lot of places also love princetta any thing i needed done she’s done it love it here ! definitely would recommend
I love it here,it's a lot of space in my apartment, it's peaceful, quiet, beautiful,its clean relaxing, comfortable, the stores in the area are close,it convenient and the management miss princesetta is very nice,the staff and matienance are great if the lord allows me this is my home n I pray to continue to be my home ,you would really enjoy living here😀😀😀
