Trash everywhere... kids not watched after and setting big rocks in parking lots so you can be late for work because you run over rocks that flatten your tire. Electrical issues... hope you plan on buying 4 million light bulbs.. the garbage set up is a half mile from one side of the property and it is always surrounded with dirty old matress and box springs from the 80's.
