In my opinion: This place is survivable, though it has multiple huge downsides which make it unacceptable as a place to live. 1. The floors creak with every step. I struggle to find any spots from where the floor does not bow slightly producing a loud squeak or groan. I can hear every step in the floor above me loudly. 2. Relatedly, the buildings are old here and are not well maintained. Cheap cabinets are falling apart in the kitchen. The dryer ventilation is partially obstructed. Lights flicker sometimes. 1 year at pine ridge has been great i love it here and dont plan on moving after my first year.. Edit: Mark was great.. the new management? Not so much.. this place is like paint over rust.. they want it to appear as some semi high scale place but its just not that.. lots of issues that I wont go down the line of listing. But starting with management, Mark was more humane and reasonable.. the new management is just a programmed piece of paper
Since Lexi has came to Pine Ridge things have gotten so much better… she stays on top of things. Even tho I miss Wendy very much she has really stepped it up and filed her shoes!! Thank u lex
