In my opinion: This place is survivable, though it has multiple huge downsides which make it unacceptable as a place to live. 1. The floors creak with every step. I struggle to find any spots from where the floor does not bow slightly producing a loud squeak or groan. I can hear every step in the floor above me loudly. 2. Staff that I spoke with was nice, but they denied our application because of our credit which wasn’t that bad. We met all of the other qualifications & they even said that they can accommodate if you don’t meet all of the requirements with a higher deposit down, yet we still got denied.. Spent $150 on an application for me & my fiancée just to get denied for something as silly as that. I’ve never spent that much on an application for an apartment ever. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION! Has bugs, water problems, & will tow your car within your first month of signing the lease with them about a HOUR away! Tina as well as the other new employee are very unknowledgeable & will leave out every detail possible until you sign the lease. They will then hit you with a bunch of rules, fee’s, & policies not stated the many times you potentially will speak to them.
