The staff is absolutely amazing! I went for ECT, and everyone was very kind and did a good job at answering any questions I had. Everything was nice, organized, and clean. They did a lot to make sure I was comfortable, they even give patients a warm blanket, while they are waiting for their treatment.
Staff is kind, caring and compassionate. We were informed that it is not a first come-first served clinic. Some people will take priority for medical reasons (i.e. diabetics as they have fasted for the anesthesia and need to eat ASAP.) PERFECTLY UNDERSTANDABLE! Treatment has worked - literally a lifesaver for my daughter. I’m so thankful to have this resource in our community.
My wife and I have been visiting this clinic for about 5 weeks at this point. Let me start by saying that the staff that deal directly with the patients (ie. nurses and nurse assistants, front desk staff) are kind, careing, quick and effective. However management appears to be non existent at times. The clinic on google says they open at 730. The first time we went we were in the doors of the office at 7:30.
