A complete hoax. They get you in just to take your money and offer zero help for your problems. I had a bad feeling about the whole set up of this place being tele-visit only and having to use a faulty portal system. Unfortunately i was right. They scammed me out of my money and won’t even allow me to log back into the portal. The “doctor” i spoke to was highly unqualified, unprofessional and offered no help.
