I would not recommmend this property to a bug, let alone a human. Most awful expierence in my life. My toilet was always breaking, the upstairs neighbor was Inconsiderate and very loud, and so were the heat pipes. They also do not plow in the winter or salt. The dryers dont work either. Avoid these slums!
