Terrible apartments to live in. Apartments are old and outdated, the people who live here are awful they are loud, prop the door open for all their friends, light fire to the building break into cars at night. Also the parking lot is always full at night because people have all their friends over so residents sometimes have to park in the street. I loved living there for the year I was there but had to move closer to my workplace because I could not handle the awful winter driving between Winona and La Crosse!
I would suggest this complex to anyone, I really enjoyed my 8 years there, the staff is friendly and kind to everyone and if I had a problem it was taken care of in a timely fashion would go back again if I need a place to rent
