It’s been a few months since we moved out and a package I ordered was delivered there and when asked if I can pick it up I was told and lied to they didn’t have it. They stole a 100$ package. Refused to help us when my husband truck was stolen while living there and were constantly rude. If ever asked if anybody knows a place to live I tell them to whole heartedly avoid this place.
I’ve been living at Pine Point since 2021, it was my first ever apartment and I am so glad that I’ve been calling this place home for 3 years now. None of my family live in the area and the property manager, Jennifer, and the maintenance man, Manuel, have always gone above and beyond for me and have made me feel incredibly safe and cared for. Great complex, great management and great maintenance!
We’ve lived here for a little over a year and it’s been great! Jennifer is so communicative and the place is always kept nice and clean.
Great place to live. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
