Worst apartments ever. The leasing lady very rudely came out and told me to move my moving truck and park in the “FIRE LANE” yes the lane where your not supposed to park! The lane where it’s for emergencies only. Not only was she rude and concerning but it seemed as if she was a bit drunk. Very weird.
We have truly enjoyed our time in the Pine Point community, and Jennifer is an exceptional apartment manager. We particularly appreciate her thoughtfulness in remembering birthdays, offering condolences for my dog's passing, ensuring a respectful environment among residents, and addressing all maintenance tickets promptly. You made our time here very pleasant.
