I'm a retired Minister and Security Officer of 40+ years. I've been living here for 4 years now, and really enjoy it! The Lord opened the doors for me to move here! But I do know that it is up to a person to make this their HAPPY HOME or find fault with everything here, because they are never satisfy with anything or anyone (esp. with their selves). This is a nice place. Everyone is friendly. I have plenty of hot water,nice laundry room on each floor. I am not aware of any of the concerns people have posted. There are NO bed bugs. I enjoy the people here
Pine Oaks Apartments are dumpy and un-maintained. For over a month the senior residents have either cold water or no water at all. The walls are being torn out, the pipes are breaking over and over and it is the worst senior living environment i have ever been to.I am at a loss to even understand how this place is still open to renters. Its full of bed bugs and has been for over a year now. Absolutely disgusting!
