Housing is mediocre at best and the staff atrocious. The development is only made ascetically nicer by being directly connected to a trailer park. Its other condo neighbor over shadows the apartments and induces sighs from renter and prospective renter alike. It likes to say its walking distance from a Lakes Park and Walmart but its only walking distance for the suicidal has traffic is deplorable. The manager would only be seen by an appointment.
