No working heat for the first 6 months after I moved in. Took them 3 months to actually fix the problem once it was reported and found. Diane and Melody think it’s a privilege to stay here when these apartments are basic with outdated appliances. If you actually hold them accountable and have them fix the issues that were caused by flooding when they didn’t act fast enough in heavy rains. I just thought I would comment on these apartments and landlord’s and their support they have given me as being a tenant for the last 2, and a half years. To Diane, Melody, and Roy “I love you guy’s” and keep up the good work! Very, very good job supporting one of your tenants And I wish you guys the best of luck on your journey with your career’s also. BEDBUG ALERT: Pine Meadows Five years ago, I moved into Pine Meadows with my partner as hopeful tenants. We strictly adhered to all lease policies and have consistently demonstrated exemplary tenant behavior.
